Phase 1: Defining The Outcome
We will schedule an appointment to meet and discuss your needs and ideas for your project. This meeting helps us to understand your goal, vision, and the key requirements for the project. We can brainstorm ideas and concepts to visualize the space and plan. Detailed notes from this meeting are very helpful in the execution process of the project.
Phase 2: Conceptualizing the Outcome
Once you're ready to initiate your project we will develop and agree on a project scope document that will outline the fee structure for the project. After the paperwork is complete, we will start the initial design work to conceptualize the project for you. This will be done using tools such as: mood boards, space planning, elevation renderings, drapery and artwork. It may also include (but not limited to): selecting paint or a color scheme, furniture layout plans, kitchen and bathroom space planning - selection and installation of floor, back splash, cabinets and lighting.
Phase 3: Finalize & Implement the Outcome
We will present the final concept design to you for your review and approval. Once you agree on a concept you can choose to implement the concept in a few different ways:
1. DIY Package
You may choose to move forward with our design concept and implement it yourself. This option allows you to utilize our creative services, but gives you the freedom to build the space, purchase the items and have them installed on your own. This is a good option for people who know what they are looking for and have a good sense of where to source materials and labor.
2. Full Service Package
Let us do it all for you. We will manage the procurement, delivery and installation of all items for the project. We will need your approval on all items prior to their purchase as well as handling permits and other work scope items that we may not be prepared to manage.
3. Makeover Package
Our third option allows us to makeover your home or room with the existing items in your house. We will work with your existing possessions to revitalize and refresh your home or room. The scope of all work will be established prior to making any final decisions. Additional purchases will be billed separately.

Typical Fees Structure
Charges and expenses will be outlined in the Letter of Agreement shared with the client prior to the start of the project. The rate is $75 per hour, before accounting for additional purchases.
In addition to shopping assistance we also provide purchasing services, which can be done on your behalf. A purchasing Letter of Agreement will be provided with details for desired purchasing plan. All agreements must be reviewed and signed by you prior to any purchases by our firm.
As a professional in the business, we are privileged to a number of trade discounts which you cannot normally take advantage of. Vendors will give us special pricing on goods at prices that are below the normal retail value. This enables us to offer you a larger selection of products at a lower cost than your everyday shopper.
In addition to trade discounts, our fees also include the management of purchases, communicating with vendors as well as constant oversight of invoice and status reports.
